Member 1912, 336 posts SQ 170, BP 135, DL 250555.0 kgs @ 110kgs Eq | figured id start this comeback train rolling.... been a while, for those wondering where im at right now, extremely weak. deadlift around 180-190 single off floor squat 120 single strict press 75 for 3 bench 90 for 8 reps maybe 100 for single not done push press log not done but around 100 mark march 2014 my best lifts were squat 170 bench 140 log 130 strict 117.5 push press 140 deadlift 251 hoping to hit these figures and surpass them by december 25th, no distractions, | ||

Member 1912, 336 posts SQ 170, BP 135, DL 250555.0 kgs @ 110kgs Eq | thanks mate, gna keep this and FB updated so wihtin a few weeks of eating more and lifting i shud be on track, ive never really had much strength at 105 or under so im hoping to go back to 120kg and maybe around 130 by end of next year with it and keep in shape along the way. 117-120kg is where i was hitting my good numbers, i still did my 130 log at 105 but i could easily get a 150 with more leg work like were doing. seen your deadlift is still really high tho, whats the secret lol | ||

I'm training off a 245kg max at the moment. There is no secret, I basically cannot deadlift 280kg with out a horrible hitch lol | ||

Member 1912, 336 posts SQ 170, BP 135, DL 250555.0 kgs @ 110kgs Eq | stil 245 is a good weight at your body weight, my 251 was at around 118kg but the most i have ever lifted of the floor, when isdid sumo for a while i got to a comfy 240 very quick then swapped back to floor and pulled good weights, i guess the main focus for me mate is actually going gym, lifting weights, eating a lot more than i do now, im propper skinny but still 110kg, lost the mass and muscle but have a large frame. been told numerous times i need to up my weight class and train harder to compete in opens instead of 105, as it stands theres only me left at olympic now wanting to train and compete in strongman so its making it very difficult to train how we used to a few years back | ||

Straight into it reverse band bench in squat rack. 60kg 5 reps 105kg 2 145 2 145 2 145 2 145 2 145 2 145 2 145 2 145 2 145 2 then a 2 to a 3 board all very hard graft doubles 185 kg lock out hold for 10 secs same again held it locked out 10 secs 60 or so sit ups gay i know 15kg in hand side ab work 25 reps same on other hand Happy with holding a 180 lock out. Never had that weight on my chest before Did a poxy strict single on log 70 ish kg. Was tired out by this point | ||
