 Is a gay bodybuilder Member 39, 423 posts SQ 220, BP 140, DL 270630.0 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | Steel log - 46.5" in length, 30" circumference, 6" loading pins (oly plates) weight approx 40kg. Slightly rusted but nothing some hammerite wouldn't fix. Farmers handles (standard plates) made by stan pike and are the sames as these iwth 1.5" handles http://www.intensefitness.co.uk/images/Farmers-walking-bar.jpg Open to offers.
