Member 1025, 1032 posts	It's very disappointing.after all the moaning last year that there are not enough comps for the 105's and as soon as we put more no one turns up for them.hopefully next year it all picks up as the weights chosen are all doable as has been proven in the esm and bsm qualifiers.maybe next year it would be better just to combine the qualifiers like jts doing in the midlands.it would be a shame but maybe more people would show up

Member 340, 13300 posts SQ 315, BP 190, DL 350 855.0 kgs @ 110kgs UnEq	I think some of the weights may have gone up a shade too fast... the qualifiers should still attract new blood as well as giving the top guys a chalenge - quite tricky to balance really. Also perhaps we have pushed too far too soon with seperate qualifiers but it was the right decision given the issues surrounding BSM at the time. At the end of the day we will still have 16 top guys battling it out for the title at ESM.

not much fun Member 374, 3172 posts	I think people rely to much on the likes of Sugden, FBk, Muscletalk, SDF and so on!! I am quite sure qualfiers are not advertised in gyms around the areas where qualifiers are to be taken place!! I for one know how it all has changed! Two years ago myself, Simon and Ian put on the southern qualifier and was a sell out!! We drip fed everywhere with posters, flyers and so on!! Last year at Ironworx, Rich put on the southern qualifer and had a cracking turn out!! Then The Englands final was put on in Reading and not half as many people turned up as even to the qualifiers. Yes it was a long day I know and to be honest only advertised it on Sugden and FBk thinking we would be getting the same if not more turn out!! Like Ben said he had his problems yesterday as everybody does but if people pull together the 105's in the UK will move forward.
