Hi all, can anyone fill me in on rules?? Such as r straps allowed on deadlift, drops allowed on loading event, use of chalk, belts, knee wraps etc.....

Can any one describe the pendulum press to me or maybe even.post a pic?? Is it similar to the safe lift used in wsm one year??

Ye it's similar it's normally a bottom heavy press, we train it by pressin the yoke, bar is a lot thicker but it's close enough.
