Can anyone tell me the diameter of the log being used as different sites say IFSA logs range from 11" to 13".

Also does anyone know the best place to get one? I've seen a few online but someone might know someone who makes them.
MrSmall

This thread has been a bit quiet so just checking it's still going ahead and if so how many competitors are expected?

x1 80kg steel block ,x1 90kg dumbell. onto a board witch is on floor , items must be placed an stay on board at all times !!

I see the medley has changed, before the items had to be placed onto a 1.4m platform but now it sounds like they have to placed onto a board on the floor which sounds a little easier! Am I just reading this wrong?
