Member 1819, 409 posts SQ 182.5, BP 150, DL 220 552.5 kgs @ 89kgs UnEq	ok, first day back at work and told that next 3months i be working away, couple weeks at a time. Not so good for training. Two jobs on the go, portsmouth n croydon. Anybody know of places to train in these two areas?

My opinions have run their course Member 694, 3112 posts	City gym did ok but is a BB gym. Hardcore though. There's lougars in southsea which is decent. But... strength tec is the one mate. Other than that plenty of commercial gyms.

True, but with Texas power bars and free chalk it is set up to do some good strengh training there. One of the owners has done some PL and few other PL train there. Off course strengthtec is the bizz and if your a SM and staying in the area get down there!

Ive worked away places and went to nearest commercial gym and if not membership they wanting a tenner plus twenty quid induction for a sesh! If im there through the week, anywhere thats handy with a barbell, squat rack and allow chalk will do. If there ova wkends i wont be passing up the chance to try strengthtec!
