 Member 1519, 1476 posts SQ 320, BP 260, DL 320900.0 kgs @ 117kgs Eq | Post Edited: 03.11.2010 @ 23:19 PM by AdamC Had a great bench session tonightI'm 3 or so weeks out from comp and was meant to do 155kg tonight did first set of 155kg and they flew up, seriously felt as easy as doing 60kg, so decided to up it a bit, did 160 got an easy double and thought **** it, did 165kg for 2 singles first one was pretty easy, second one i came off line slightly but it still came up okay My comp best is 150kg so its a 15kg pb! gonna go for 170kg maybe 172.5kg next week with a goal of hitting 180kg in comp videoed last set | ||

I have to comment that Adam really worked hard for this PB; having been training hard even when he has lost his voice from a cold/flu, and without the benefit of real coaching or even spotters at times. | ||
