Commentators say: he benches like a bodybuilder Member 231, 1873 posts SQ 400, BP 275, DL 365 1040.0 kgs @ 135.7kgs Eq	alright looking for opinions here please let me know what you think i just hit a wee PB on the bench there and i was gonna update my total but my lifts where all done in comp so i though i would stick to that system and hopefuly i will have a wee update on dec 5th however, i have not looked at the league for a while and i noticed i have dropped from 9th to 19th !!! much to my surprise i was checking out some of the new guys and i am not questioning guys like jenks and loz, but a couple of guys look like they have posted some lifts that are a modest guesstimation i wont mention names but what also peeves me off is there is about 5 guys who have posted their total but have not actually posted in the forum and the worst is that big pompy knob rob with two places how greedy is that so i think its time for a clear out, i thought the concept of the League table was a nice bit of competitive rivallry between members of the fourm whats the point of having the League full of guys who dont actually post on the forum
