Me:Wrists, right knee and dislocated both shoulders playing rugby

By the way this isn't a dig at anyone just noticed that a lot oof guys seem to have some niggles at least.

I am relativly injury free... i have a sore knee but its been like that for ages .. and a dodgy forearm from axle cleaning ..again ....nothing major

I don't think you want Ste to list his injurys!!!!!!!

I have semi shin splints, by this I mean the bottom half behind my shin is sore but not the whole shin as I get shin splints from running etc
