Does anybody know what a pole push is yet?

I think, although I could be wrong that 2 competitors are either end of a pole, trying to push each other out of a designated area. I think they did it in the UK's a year or so back.

Yeah. If you do a youtube search for "strongman pole push" you'll see it. There are team versions too, but that wouldn't apply in this case. There's usually a couple of loops of rope on either end of the pole too.

Get the volume up and hear the mighty "f**k off!" at the last defiant tyre flip from Shane. He got a warning for it from the ref, although personally it was a highlight for me.
