Red Bull is banned in netball Member 799, 1484 posts	If its the van deadlift, it is a big ass frame with an olympic bar, NOT side handles. The pick up obviously can be adjusted, but I doubt it will be 18". Probably 10-14" at the most. You can lean back into it more and use a lot of leg, so easier than a gym bar deadlift. Train your gym deadlift from normal height to as close to the competition weight as you can and you will be fine.
