Date: Saturday 1st May 2010, Start time: 12.30pm Athletes must sign in by 11.30am
Closing date is 20th April 2010
Events:
1: Over head press medley (80kg – 110kg) or 100k log lift from floor
2: Tyre flip.
3: van lift
4: forward hold. (25k)
5: loading. (tree stump, small keg, sandbag, large keg)
These events maybe subject to change.
The entry fee is £15. This pays for venue and administration costs. Please make cheques payable to Elite Strongman Promotions or RB Daglish
