This is usually my weakpoint so fairly good today. Didnt want to do full range deadlifts as my back is sore.

From the top of the forehead, big weak point of mine

Your sessions must take ages! Either that or you hardly have any rest time.

How do you find the fronties on the knees? Ive started doing them and already my knees are giving me jip.

And last but not least, are you doing any other comps this year?

Hey Phil,

That took about 2 hours, im always exhausted by the end.

I never get any knee pain, or any joint pain for that matter. I think my absolutely pathetic ability at front squatting may have a large role to play in that though. 135 front squat?!?!?!? Pussy weight haha

Comps wise I definitely want to do another this year but not sure when as I haven't looked for any yet. Hopefully moving to Leeds very soon where I can hopefully join a gym with some other Plers in.

STRICT: 20x10, 60x10
PUSH PRESS: 90x1, 100x1, 110x1, 120xf Closest in a while, 110 felt good
STRICT PRESS: 90x3, 2 Struggling at lockout
PUSH PRESS: 90x5,4,2,3 Feeling tough today
PUSH PRESS EACH REP CLEANED FROM THE FLOOR: 90x10, 7 WTF im miles better cleaning each rep than not. No idea why this is ?!?!? Weird, i suck holding it on the shoulders i guess :S

Deadlift

180x1 Belt on
220x1 Straps on
250x3 PB, Nearly spewed my dinner up. Tough and i well and truly FKed up the first reps with a terrible setup! more there
220x3,3,3 Last set i had to take the belt off to stop me spewing

My left leg is pretty f**ked at the minute. Pain behind the left knee and it buckles now and again so Im taking legs VERY easy today.
