Not too bad Powerclean 130xf, 1 WOOOOOOOO at last. Only just failed the first attempt. The second felt fantastic. Roll on 140 Rack Deadlift Below the Knee 140x3 Belt from here 190x3 Straps on 230x3 Forgot belt 260x3 270x2 260x3 This is usually my weakpoint so fairly good today. Didnt want to do full range deadlifts as my back is sore. Seated Rack Lockouts From the top of the forehead, big weak point of mine 60x5 100x4 TOUGH! Seems like a good exercise to pound my puny tris 90x6,6,6,5 Hyper Extensions EZ Bar + 20kg x 8,8,8,8,8 EZ Bar + 10kg x 15, 12 Lateral Raise 25lbs x 12, 10, 10 Cuban Raise 25lbs x 8,8 SMOKED | ||

I never get any knee pain, or any joint pain for that matter. I think my absolutely pathetic ability at front squatting may have a large role to play in that though. 135 front squat?!?!?!? Pussy weight haha Comps wise I definitely want to do another this year but not sure when as I haven't looked for any yet. Hopefully moving to Leeds very soon where I can hopefully join a gym with some other Plers in. | ||

No idea why this is ?!?!? Weird, i suck holding it on the shoulders i guess :S Deadlift 140x3 180x1 Belt on 220x1 Straps on 250x3 PB, Nearly spewed my dinner up. Tough and i well and truly FKed up the first reps with a terrible setup! more there 220x3,3,3 Last set i had to take the belt off to stop me spewing Just a short one today | ||

Low Bar Squats My left leg is pretty f**ked at the minute. Pain behind the left knee and it buckles now and again so Im taking legs VERY easy today. 20x10 60x5 100x5 120x3 140x1 Belt on 160x3,3,3 Pretty slow but had to do them super controlled. The walk out and walk in was dodgey with my left leg buckling haha Bottom Position Front Squats Saw these in young Shaun's journal and fancied a go. Rock bottom deep 60x3 80x3 100x3 110x3, 2, 2, 2, 1 HA im super s**te at these. Enjoyed them though Paused CGBP No spotters as usual 20x10 60x5 100x5,5,5,5,5 Inclined Dumbell Bench Press 50x5,4 45x6,5,4 Chins Wide x 8, 6, 6 Narrow x 5, 5, 5 Just an easyish one | ||
