And if so for how long? As to be frank i aint doin so well in that area as 2 days feels like a bas***d lifetime!

always lookIng for the extra UT2 work. Member 9, 18279 posts SQ 255, BP 167.5, DL 330 752.5 kgs @ 103kgs Eq	I normally go about 6 months before a comp without it. Seems to work out ok for me so I've gone for 7 months before Sugdens to see how that works out. PLEASE don't change the arm over arm! Find a nice little hill to pull it down Jamie can I please be on standby for your rock climbing shoes too?

I think this is where I went wrong with the Lancs Champs comp' as I had a shag and two wanks the day before it. Hopeully will do better 2mo with marginally more abstinence.
