Places are now full but everyone will go on the reserve list if interested. If you can't make it please let me know asap so I can give as much notice to the reserves as possible. Also, as Sugden has always been more of a lifting community than just a message board I would like where possible to see entrants to this comp start a training log on here. This has several benefits 1)the scope for pre comp bulls**t/banter will be huge 2)it helps the board grow which in turn benefits the comp as we can draw in bigger and better sponsors 3)everyone gets to know everyone so there is a good relaxed atmos on comp day 4)I ca see how strong all you c**ts are. | ||

All entrance fees/applications must be in by the 30th November. The entrance fee will be non refundable so have a good think before you send me your hard earnt.
