Now i weigh a mere 106ish kg i recon i fancy a go at some u105 strongman in the not too distant future so will prob be doing more overhead pressing for a while now. Grin

120x3,3 Hmm wanted 5x5 on this weight. Just feeling tough today
110x3,3,2 DOH! just feeling really slow today and having a right fight to keep upright

Overhead Press

Push Press (One powerclean per set)

100x1,f LOL, really sucked at these! really sloppy dip and very weak at lockout! need to work on this big time. Next time ill have to get some reps in on 90 and get my form dialed

Strict

90x1 Solid enough
80x4 Lockout a problem, shoots to forehead then slows right down

just fancy a shot. i (think) im fairly decent on my feet and agile, whether this is so is yet to be seen lol. It might be fun too, only as an aside to my pling though.
