Just feeling tough today 110x3,3,2 DOH! just feeling really slow today and having a right fight to keep upright Overhead Press Push Press (One powerclean per set) 60x5 80x3 90x3 100x1,f LOL, really sucked at these! really sloppy dip and very weak at lockout! need to work on this big time. Next time ill have to get some reps in on 90 and get my form dialed Strict 90x1 Solid enough 80x4 Lockout a problem, shoots to forehead then slows right down CGBP Paused 60x5 100x5,5,5,5 Deadlift 60x5 100x5 140x3 Belt on 180x15 Straps on here. OUCH! Hammies killed after these and felt really sick. Last rep i took off my belt and straps and just did it, SUPER slow lockout real fight Chins Wide x6,5 Narrow x6,6 Just smoked by this stage and trying not to throw up. | ||
