yea that's what I thought, 140 didn't happen today though, but I'm confident by the end of march it'll go!!

Long day, lots of travelling, but not feeling particularly bad or weak or nothing...amazingly full gym again, must try and avoid it at this time!

Bench:
Bar x 10
Bar x 5
40kg x 5
60kg x 5
80kg x 3 - 1st one paused, all fast
95kg x 1 - paused, little bit of a grinder
105kg x F!!!!! - as soon as I unracked it I knew it wasn't going to happen, I reckon I have it in me, just on a good day
95kg x 2
100kg x 1 - super grinder, but paused Happy

Obviously a little disappointed, but the thing to take away from this is that I have 100 paused in me even on a bad day, so that can't be a bad thing?!

Incline CGBP:
Bar x 10
40kg x 10
60kg x 5
60kg x 5 - last one paused
60kg x 5 - last one paused
70kg x 4 - tried to pause 5th, was too much Unhappy
60kg x 10 - PB Happy - yeah I've never really done this before, so I'm counting it as a PB!!

145kg x 5 (x5) - tough from the beginning, was going to pussy out and go for 140, so glad I did this.

Box squats:
60kg x 3 (x9) - all pretty fast, although all not fast at the bottom, definitely where my sticking point is!!

Assistant stuff - pull through's, hyperextensions, Ab stuff

DONE! (left the big boys to it!)

No real plan for today, just home for the weekend so at a somewhat upmarket gym (a bannatynes) so just got on with it with the aim of putting some weights over my head:

Push Press/Military Press:
Bar x some
Bar x some more
40kg x 5 - push press
50kg x 5 - push press
60kg x 2 - push press
60kg x 1 - military press
70kg x F - push press
65kg x 1 - military press - PB!!!
40kg x 10 (x4) - MP
40kg x 6 MP + 4 PP

Pull Ups:
Close Grip - Hammer Grip
BW x 10 (x5)

Incline BP(50kg) SS w/ DB Row (30kg):
5 x 5 - my triceps were absolutely shot by this point!!

Finally it seems my squat is seeming more proportiantely correct compared to my bench, happy days!! 140 by the end of the month, thats a promise!
