Biscuits got a solid 6 with 130 (last 2 stiff legged pretty much), deffo more in the tank!

Had to rush a little at the end hence the last set of pull ups

90kg x 3 (PB)

90kg x 3 (last one paused - PB)
100kg x 1 (paused) - PB!!!!

Incline Bench:
Bar x 10
50kg x 10 (x5) - easy peasy

T-Bar Rows/Wide grip Pull Ups SS w/Dips
various weights but all 5 x 10

DONE!!!

Paul_D solid benching as always, 90kg for 5 after 90kg 3x3, envious much!!

Was not feeling great, feeling weak and a horrible cold, but went for it anyhow!

DL:

160kg x 5 - PB!!!!
80kg x 30 (bodyweight - just over, in a minute!)

Assistance stuff but no-one cares about that!!!!

Paul_D did an amazingly shakey, hungover 190kg for 3. Awesome to watch.

A couple of videos to come but we are missing out technology guru Biscuits.

Awesome job on the 160kgx5 today mate. You're getting far too strong far too fast, I can not have you getting stronger than me! You're cardio Mike! f**k. Sort this out.

I just don't seem to like using my legs when it comes to push pressing, I am informed that this is an integral part to the movement?!

Speed Bench:
40kg + Blue Band

Military Press:

T-Bar Row machine:
40kg x 10 (x3)

Wide Grip Pull Ups:
Bw x 10 (x2)

Done!!

im no expert, but when doing push press when you dip when you come up do you go on your tip-toes to push it if not try it Happy

Great session today, all of us were pretty psyched for squats, apart from maybe Bazza (oh it hurts)...but he got a fair amount of squatting in in the end Happy

Squats:
Bar x 5

80kg x 3 - really flew up!!
100kg x 2 - flew up
120kg x 1 - piece of piss
130kg x 1 - little grind in the middle, but overall OK - PB!!!
140kg x F Unhappy

60kg x 20
60kg x 10 - all paused

Huzzah, that is all, done Happy

Paul_D did a solidly difficult 140 for 3, Biscuits an impressive amount, really speeding up at the end, and Bazza made it through after failure, good man!!
