I used to do them a lot, they were actually pretty useful and just look cool.
Though I remember one time, a mate of mine came upto me in the gym. He's a bit of a ladies man, and thats all he ever thinks about, he said "doing them for the missus eh?!"
Haha!

I have obtained these videos by Brooks Kubik.
Bags, barrels and beyond
Power rack Training
and
The lost art of dunbell training
If anyone wants a copy and I can figure out how to put them on DVD then let me know. Hes a funny guy(probably a little mad) and is the double of our very own Wogihao.

PM me your addy Rickster and I'll sort you out.
If I can't figure out how to burn the stuff on as a dvd can I just copy all the files as a data disc? It would mean if you wanted to watch it on your TV you'd have to burn it yourself.

Lol, I just saw this thread.Im shocked he sold out, That book changed the way i thought about training.
Tony - books in the post mate.
That steve puchina (spelling) is anotehr cool book. I realy like that one as well. but his training ideas are a bit wacky but ace if you live next to a industrial wasteland (theres loads of mineing stuff lying around here.) then its the cheapest way i have seen to get freaky strong (alough people will think your crazy lifting rocks/barrels ect..)
I still cant get over the bodyweight shanagins. WTF!
update ****
just watched the videos (cheers)
my wife said "he looks like you! - poor man.."
