Is a gay bodybuilder Member 39, 423 posts SQ 220, BP 140, DL 270630.0 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | Wasn't expecting great things today after a 17 hour drinking session on saturday/sunday and I was right not to Squats 60/10 100/5 120/5 140/5 160/3 180/ 2x3 ... not happy, these felt heavy!!!! 140/10 dropped to 100/10 dropped to 60/10 Seated leg curl - did a few sets and realised it's a f**king s**t piece of kit Leg Press w/feet together 240k/10 240k/8 190k/15 150k/17 Lying leg curl 25k/ 15, 10 Finished off with some toe press on the leg press Not happy but at least I got in and did something. | ||

Is a gay bodybuilder Member 39, 423 posts SQ 220, BP 140, DL 270630.0 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | Trained a day early as lots on tomorrow Log 65k/5 85k/3 95k/1 105k/1 112.5k/Failed to clean, failed to clean, managed to clean it but couldn't press it 110k/ F couldn't lock it out ..at this point I was very f**ked off as did 110 for 3 singles last week 95k/5, 5, 4 65k clean and press, every rep from the floor 2x10 .. was really blowing after High Incline 50/5 90/5 100/7 90/6 70/15 rear laterals/laterals superset x3 CG inc lockouts 120/11 drop to 100/11 drop to 80/11 drop to 70/11 Bicep tendons felt very sore by the end of the w/out .. was painful to even do a curl movement with no weight | ||

Is a gay bodybuilder Member 39, 423 posts SQ 220, BP 140, DL 270630.0 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | Bicep tendons still very sore so did Rack DL to minimise pulling on them. 18" Rack DL 100k/5 140k/5 180k/3 220k/1 240k/1 260k/1 280k/F 260k/2x3 220k/7 180k/10 s/arm pulldown s/set with face pulls x4 cable pull throughs x2 Finished with some v light high rep curls just to get some blood into my arms. | ||

Deadlift 110k/5 150k/3 190k/3 230/1 260/1 (most I've done using a normal bar in the gym) 270/F 230/3 200/6 18" deadlift 190/1 230/1 270/F 260/1 190/8 Hammer unilateral row 50 (each hand)5 70/5 90/8, 6 70/6 Not digging these .. seemed to hot forearms biceps more Finished with some straight arm pulldowns, face pulls and very light curls Biceps feel okay today so start to push it harder again now. | ||

Tuesday - seem to have done something to my left rotator cuff whilst I was asleep cos it's f**king killing me but I soldiered on. Front Squat 60k/2 x 5 80k/5 100/3 120/3 140/1 150/1 160/F 150/F left it there as couldn't be arsed unloading the bar again. Pleased though as haven't FS for quite a while and my last PB was 160k. Hack squat 80/10 120/8 160/5 200/ 10, 8, 7 Karlsen squat 200/14, 12, 10 Standing leg curl 35/ 12, 9, 8 Glute/ham machine 75/12 | ||

I dont think I've done a bicep curl,lateral raise or tricep pushdown in close to six months now.Cant say I miss them either. How did you find the 18" deads , I've yet to try them. | ||
