Dunno mate .. have just started a new job which has thrown training into disarray a bit so need to work things out there. If I was going to compete I need a LOT of work on my overhead as it is shocking.

With 150 for 3x3 there must be at least a 180 max front squat. Solid training.

Chris .. I hit 170k for a single the other week and I had a spotter but I was on my own today so opted for reps .. 180k will go soon though Happy

Inc bench and close grip lockouts from a dead stop .. no major weights but a decent amount of volume.

cheers lee .. trap bar cos I fancied a change, I like them and I've only got 130kg of oly plates in the garage so can't do normal deads whereas I've got 270kg odd in std plates

Squat 60/3x5

140/3 (belt on)
160/3
180/3
200/2x2 PB I think .. very pleased as haven't back squatted for a long time
160/7, 5
120/10 drop to 100/10 drop to 60/10 .. had to lie down after this as dizzy and heart was pounding v fast

leg press 160/20, 15 .. did these slow and controlled for da pump Wink

leg curl 25/5 30/5 35/5 40/5 15 seconds between sets
