can anyone recomend where to get an inzer lever or single prong belt from ,
had a look at pullums sports but they seem ridiculously expensive and I heard
there are places in the states that ship to Britain and are a lot cheaper!
also what 's a good make of wrist straps and how much should I expect to pay?

I used irongladiators.com for a double prong Inzer belt, came in about two weeks and was less than £70 all told.

BP Sports sell Inzer Wrist wraps (make sure you get medium, long aren't allowed in BWLA). £17 a go, I got mine this time last year and they're still going strong - will last a few years at least.
