So just post your current bodyweight. Was having a chat about bodyweight at work and just wondered who the heaviest was here.
Could always post your BMI as well.

BMI = 38

BMI 39.11 - but i hope we all know that the BMI is a silly measurement... especially for strength athletes.

Or is that a bad measurement for fat strong people?!?

bmi is a good tool for populations.

Definatley. I am not denying that I have a lot of fat on me. Just the belly area though. Takes the piss. If only I could have it evenly spread out on my arms and legs then I'd be a little happier.

It's ok as an indicator, it's when the semi-educated in positions of influence start taking it as gospel that it becomes dangerous.
