What kind of barbell will they use for the comp, we have an Eleiko bar at our gym I think I will start deadlifting with a bar with less grip, have to rely on the good ole grip then  | ||

I have managed to get hold of a log, thick bar to deadlift and Yoke. I'm willing to travel on the weekends if anybody is up for some training. Could be worth me going down to see Mark to try his bar out, be nice to use the same kit. | ||

So no excuses to travel!!! Would be worth meeting up to get some pointers.Pulling big with good hair, thats Becks doing ha ha ha ha its got Boar written all over it ha ha ha ha ha | ||
