ELEIKO BAR ELEIKO WEIGHTS . EVENT 2 - OVERHEAD MEDLEY Tactics will be tested here as you can choose "Light Set" or the "Heavy Set" 5 Implements on Each, Lift in any order .. event will have a time limit but lifts will not be timed. (Light Set) Each lift worth 3 points each - Max 15 Points - AXLE - 85kg DUMBELL - 40kg BARBELL - 90kg IFSA LOG - 85kg 8" Log - 85kg (Heavy Set) Each lift worth 6 points each - Max 30 Points - AXLE - 105kg DUMBELL - 50kg BARBELL - 120kg IFSA LOG - 105kg 8" Log - 105kg EVENT 3 - "FLIP-YOKE-FARMERS" Medley 330kg Tyre flip twice 220kg Yoke 20metres 90kgEa Hand Farmers 20metres This one is a test of speed !!!! I Expect some fast times !! EVENT 4 - Arm Over Arm Vehicle Pull Vehicle to be confirmed on the day , Can start standing up and stand up as many times as you want ... over 20 metres .. EVENT 5 - Stone Run event will have a time limit and individual stones timed. 4 Stones loaded to 48": 90kg - 103kg - 117kg - 132kg bonus ball loaded to 36": 151kg GOOD LUCK BOYS !!!!!!!!!!!! The competition WILL be called the "OLYMPIC DRAGON" - The format is yet undecided - i realise that because of the weight cat that alot are young or new to strongman so i want to involve these people - BUT i also want to give u90kg athletes an oportunity(which i hope they take) to show weather u90kg strongman is a high standard or a load of old bollox like some people have said... one of the ideas i propose is a Novice comp and the DRAGON comp ... Or a Heavy option and a light option E.G 110kg farmers or 90kg farmers - heavy option outscores light option !!! weights for the novices will be novice weights BUT weights for the DRAGON comp have to be HEAVY ! Prize Money will be offered to the winner .. MAX deadlift WILL be included a stone Run WILL be Included thats all i know for now ... I expect mini strongmen to get they`re f**kin arses behind this comp or shut the f**k up moaning - we had the Sugdens strongest man here and everyone loved it and it was a hit - I want this to be better .. | ||
