An annoying four

Dispensed with my usual second and went straight to my usual third option. The third attempt followed quite quickly and carried much confidence. The sad thing was that it took longer than I would have liked to come up with the final guess. Oaf !

A truly horrible four

As you can see the first three factfinders find only one letter but at least it is in the correct place. They also eliminated a lot of common stuff. Now the fun starts. It is immeasurably easier to think of a word that contains certain letters than it is to think of words that don't contain those letters.
I struggled.
A lot.
Thankfully I managed to think of two, one of those, even if wrong would be more informative, happily it wasn't wrong.
This brings me to five away from my best ever streak, Wordle seems to realize this and seems determined to thwart me.

A satisfying 3 today. Long time pondering between guesses 1 and 2, but the answer was obvious enough after a good 2nd guess.
