Quad giving me gyp on these. Reduced ROM on low bar putting more strain on the injury than high bar maybe?

210 was fast, 0.47m/s hit a bit of a sticking point halfway up when bringing hips back through. Fluffed the 220, didnt want to push through with quad still being iffy. Squatting in heeled shoes at the moment, no quad pain at turnaround point but feels very unstable and tipping forward constantly.
