Never used a belt in years and never been totally convinced of the need for them but then again I've not done PL or strongman training for any period of time.Assuming I need one (and I'm happy to be told otherwise ) then I'd like some guidance. I'm not rich but neither do I want to waste money on a sh*te one when a few more quid would get me something decent.I was looking on Pullum Sports earlier and their suede belt looked decent although £60 seems a f*cking lot.Any help would be welcome.
