Member 1330, 4797 posts SQ 300, BP 200, DL 305805.0 kgs @ 107kgs UnEq | Thanks Gents Not sure of my current 1RM- did a fairly easy 272.5kg highbar, belt & sleeve last week, rekon another 10kg+ there ( www.instagram.com/p/BVTxfYnjroo ) I've not tried lowbar for ages, but am reintroducing it next week- historically it's about 20kg above my highbar. Best I've done is 300kg lowbar with wraps ages ago, but it think I'd be maybe 15-20kg over that now? I'll get the work in over the next 6-8 weeks, then try out some singles to see where I'm at. | ||

I get this occasionally and I've had it a couple of times over the last few weeks as a result of adjusting my belt (I think it must have shrunk in the hot weather ) I was going good as well.... | ||
