thanks guys, im only afew sessions but i feel alot better for doing more work and lowering the weights i think im gunna get big returns from training this way

good session focusing on getting really tight before i pull really notice a difference, started the block pulls at my weakest point and the 245 wasn't hard but maintaining position was tough probably less weight till i lock in the form
