I'd like to retract my statement of my goal being 200kg by the end of May. Pull up work 1 muscle up, 6 pull ups 1 failed muscle up attempt, 10 pull ups, 10 chin ups, another failed attempt at a muscle up, dummy spat out. Press up circuits Sets of 15 at varying leg heights off the floor on plyo boxes Curls n s**t | ||
