The 190 fail really sucked, but I did heavy deads yesterday and my back's feeling a bit knackered. More concerned with how crap my technique went on the attempt than failing it.

First rep of 100x5 was deep enough. All other reps were a bit high, but all very close (there or thereabouts). And wearing jeans is like wearing a canvas squat suit (albeit rather a baggy one in your case).

The jeans are quite baggy, certainly don't provide any assistance. I have a pair of taekwondo trousers, but being white they don't really show up. Other than that it's shorts for gymwear.

Lurkio, can you see other videos on that site? Confused

No mate, I have tried using IE & Firefox. Not to worry mate, others more experienced than I have commented and advised. Happy

They all looked in to me, apart from rep 3 maybe, but I think you just lost your form a little on that one?

Mouser,
All those reps looked good to me. If you were a non-powerlifting competitor in the gym just squatting I would be throughly impressed with your depth. The angle from your fibula to femur usually needs to be atleast 90 degrees in a ppowerlifting meet and you seemed to meet that in all your reps. Very nice squatting. All too often I see people doing partial squats with way too much weight in the gym. Very nice squatting

Solid squatting. All look deep enough but as rob said 3rd is a bit dodgy. (talking about the 140s in shorts by the way)

Nothing wrong with working on flexiblity and depth though always, never seen anyone go too deep!

Good work though!
