Side delt raises on machine 5 x 10 reps increasing weight
Pec dec- 3 x 10 reps
Lat pull downs- 3 x super sets

Circuit of box jumps, kettle bell swings, medicine ball abs and press ups x 2 sets
Leg raises and abs.

Bench press- 60kg x 12, 80kg x 10, 90kg x 5, 100kg 3 x 5 reps
Dumbbell bench/flyes super set- 20kg 3 x (20) reps alternate between fly and press.
Abs workout with medine ball.

That fugly c**t never turns up for training anymore. I slipped 3 discs, am on restricted duties at work, can only train like a fanny and yet he's the one who can't turn up. What a f**king c**t.

Shoulder press from rack- 60kg strict x 10, 80kg 3 x 3 few strict, few push presses, 60kg x 10 strict.
Front delt raises- 10kg Dumbbells 3 x 10 reps
Side delt raises on machine- 2 x 10 reps
Arnold presses to failure

Back is in bits now.

Thanks mate, it was f**king horrendous at the time. Still not great now. Gonna be months before I'm back on full duties and even longer before I can train again properly. Even then they've told me not to it I'll be in a wheel chair by 40 and needing ops.

Think he spas 3 x per week. Not like it'll do him any good. The useless c**t. He needs a good slap from a toddler to prove he has a glass jaw and sponge hands.

Bench (again, one of only things I can still do)
60kg x 15, 80kg 2 x 10, 90kg x 5, 100kg x 5, 105kg x 3, 110kg 3 x 3, 115kg x 1, 120kg x 1 rep, 80kg x 10 reps.
Fluffed up guns and medicine ball abs and back stretches.

Machine flyes- full stack 2 x 5 reps, half stack x 15 reps
Fluffed up guns then bit of boxing on't pads.

Maybe. I'm at specialist next week so see what they say. Just a ball acher until I know but least they should finally know what needs doing.

Dumbbell bench- 36kg Dumbbells (heaviest there was) 3 x 10 reps
Shoulder press machine- (log grip) 45kg per side 3 x 6 reps, 25kg per side x 12 reps
Machine flyes- 3 x 10 reps
Arnold presses- 2 x 10 reps
Side delt raises- 3 x 10 reps
Shoulder press burnout and ab workout.

Just sat down and on machine mate, no pressure on the spine then really and if need to drop it I can. Can only really bench though to be honest and still well below par on that. I'd give my right bollock to pick up a log again or do any kind of squat and deadlift. All I managed today was to fluff the guns and even then can only use cables. Some days it feels ok because of pain killers and others hurts like hell.

How's your training going? Better than mine I hope.

Dumbbell bench (because proper bench was full of spacktards f**king about)- 20kg per hand x 40 reps
Bench- 60kg x 10, 80kg x 8, 100kg x 5, 110kg x 1, 115kg x 1, 120kg x 1, 125kg x 1, 130kg x 1 very slow rep.
Pec dec to finish and stretch for reps.
