Squats and RI session tomorrow, your conditioning session Fri then Junction Saturday. I'm following it, don't worry. I'll give you your birthday card on Sat if ok you old bas***d.

We drill on a Monday am afraid mate so can't make it then. Am down this Sat with Robbo and hopefully Steve again. If you can make it down it'd be good to have a session again.

How's your training going?

That was a funny sesh mate! Training aint going too bad. Being patient with it at the mo. I usually train on Saturdays early, but i will see what i can do and train a bit later bud.

Yeah that'd be good mate, not sure what time were going yet but Robson will know. I'm just going when he does, car sharing. Think I'm on deads again Sat with events after. Hopefully well have another session like last one. You competing anytime soon?

Only able to train at 9am on Sat now cos i have a kids party to attend at midday. Will have to sort something out in the future. I think Neil may be putting on a 90kg comp at the Junction so i may do that. Could also be doing some powerlifting with my mate later in the year.

Squats- 100kg 3 x 5 reps
Lunges- (holding 20kg plate) 3 x 5 reps per leg
Hamstring Curls- 15kg 3 x 8 reps per leg
Decline sit-ups- 3 x 20 reps

Session four- 19/01/2013

Deadlifts- 152.5kg 4x 3 reps
Bench press- 100kg x 5 reps, 120kg x 1 rep, 140kg (assisted so doesn't count) x 1 rep, 100kg 2 x 5 reps
Close grip bench press- 90kg 3 x 5 reps
Fluffed up the guns again.

Log Press from chest- 85kg 3 x 3 reps
Pull ups- 3 x 5 reps

Got called out from fire station so couldn't finish training session so rest to be done before conditioning session tomorrow. Angry

Good sessions mate. Keep it up and next time they call you out just tell them your busy training for a completion which is far more important.

Ha ha. I will do. Ended up crawling round clock tower looking for detector head still wearing knee sleeves just pulled down. Rest will be done tonight. Got video of 2nd set to show you, at time felt like I had massive leg drive, video says otherwise.......

And thanks Rich, hard week next week though. When you next at Junction?

1 x Power clean/strict press- 70kg 3 x 6 reps
Barbell rows- 50kg 2 x 8 reps
Rear delt flyes- 3 x 15 reps
Fluffed up side/front delts.

16kg kettle bell x 20 reps
10 x burpees
5 x press-Ups
1 minute rest

Repeated 3 times then failed on 4th after 20 kettle bell swings and 6 burpees.
