Cloth and WD40 the bit where the plates go on, but wipe it down well after. About once a month you can put a bit of wd40 and run that cloth over the knurling as well, but again wipe it after. The main thing that causes rust in bars is the chalk, as it absorbs moisture. Other than that it is mainly just dirt which the wd40 can clean and help protect it. | ||
