Needless to say I dont think we will be seeing a major arch anytime soon. But I did manage to get tighter and create less distance for the bar to travel. Bench 90 x 5, 100 x 3, 110 x 3, 120 x 3, 125 x 2, 130 x 1 paused. 3 x 10 @ 70kg... Football bar shoulder press 5 x 5 @ 60kg DB ROWS 3 x 10 @ 37.5 kg Football bar Tricep extension / hammer curl supersets 3 x 10 @ 30kg Ovarall a good session to dial in soMe tech work on the bench and get the shoulders working again! | ||
