No excuse with the elbow mate, just didn't have the strength today! Time to reset and go again! All part of the journey!!

Thanks Malc, ,elbow does seem to getting better, bloody squats are the cause.

Day off from work today, so decided to work on my bench set up! Needless to say I dont think we will be seeing a major arch anytime soon. But I did manage to get tighter and create less distance for the bar to travel.

Bench

90 x 5, 100 x 3, 110 x 3, 120 x 3, 125 x 2, 130 x 1 paused. 3 x 10 @ 70kg...

Football bar shoulder press

5 x 5 @ 60kg

DB ROWS

3 x 10 @ 37.5 kg

Football bar Tricep extension / hammer curl supersets

3 x 10 @ 30kg

Ovarall a good session to dial in soMe tech work on the bench and get the shoulders working again!
