Hammer Row (wtf?) - 40kg x 12, 12, 12, 12, 12

Hammer Press (double wtf) - 50kg x 12, 12, 12, 12, 8, 6

Hammer Kelso Shrug - 80kg x 12, 12, 12, 12, 12

I need to decide where to train. Since i've been away, my usual gym has apparently shut down for good.

Where are you training in Derby? I can get you a cheap membership at my gym when I get back if you want - 4 weeks.

Yo, I was in S.Korea. Y'know working, travelling that sort of thing.

I'm starting to think that offer sounds very good mate, this gym has really declined since i came here last year. I may be back up in Liverpool for a couple weeks soon. So when im back in Derby i'll take you up on that offer. Thanks Happy

As soon as I get back I'll enquire as to how much a membership is. I pay £7 a month, but I think it's a tad more for friends of employees.

I had to take a week off, the English weather and my training hit me pretty hard and i got the damn cold/flu all week.

Monday June 18th

Bench Press - Upto 80kg x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 ... 70kg x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3

Cable Rows - 75kg x 6, 6, 6, 6, 6

Incline Press - 40kg x 6, 6, 6, 6

Cable Kelso's - 75kg x 6, 6, 6 ... 60kg x 10

Had a fantastic session over in Liverpool, really highlights the fact I need a proper gym in Derby.
