Side Laterals x whatever

Tuesday 17th July

Squat - Upto 170kg x 1 ... 180kg x 1 (bit of an assist)

GM - 100kg x 6

Leg Press - 280kg x 6

Thursday 19th July

Seated Press - 70kg x 1, 1 ... 60kg x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 ... 40kg x 5, 5, 5, 4, 5

Chins - 8, 8, 8, 6, 4

Curlzzz

Friday 20th July

Deadlifts - 160kg x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1

Deadlift from the toes - upto 170kg x 1

Found out Billy's is closed, and won't be opening again. Sad, sad story...

Thanks fella's. Will be a month of continuous workouts now, guaranteed. Training with my brother again, in a good gym.

Bench (paused) - Upto 95kg x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 ... 75kg x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

Cable Row - Upto 130lbs x 10, 10, 10 ... 140lbs x 10 ... 150lbs x 10

Incline Press - 40kg x 5, 6, 8, 8, 8

Cable Kelso's - 150lbs x 8, 8, 8 ... DB Shrugs x whatevere

Cool, up from last time. Think I can make 100kg before the end of the month.

Squat - Upto 180kg x 1

GM - Upto 120kg x 5

Leg Press - Upto 320kg x 5

Cable Abs - 130lbs x 10... 150lb x 10... 200lbs (stack) x 8, 8, 6

Good. 180 wasn't daunting. Getting there.

This Leg Press has plenty of space to pile on plates, so thats good news.

Bodyweight Presses!

Thursday 2nd August

Seated Press - 85kg x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 ... 62.5kg x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

Chins - BW+10kg x 6, 6, 6, 6, 6

Pushdowns + Rear laterals

Skipped Squats on Tuesday to prevent any over fatigue, added 5kg on the presses today. Deadlifts tomorrow.

Abs

Cool, cool.

Training is in full flow now. Mentally i'm at about 80-90%, need to get a bit more aggression in my workouts. That will come with time and conditioning.

Some goals in my major lifts, for the end of August:

Squat - 200
Bench - 110-115
Deadlift - 220

Seated Press - 95
Leg Press - 400 (x 5)

Weight are, of course, still a way behind what I was lifting before my break but moving up fast now.

Incline Press - 60kg x 6 ... 70kg x 6, 6, 6 ... 60kg x 6

Rear Laterals - 5kg's x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

Ok I realised my weight is up a bit more than I thought. 89kg is a bit heavier than I like to stay at. So i'll be dropping some weight during this next month, a kilo a week should work for a month.

All light - Felt burnt out and couldn't lift much. Went light, went home.

Friday 10th August

Deadlifts (light) - 160kg x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1

Partials - 225kg x 1

Abs - Stack x 20, 20, 20, 20, 20

Good fast and aggressive session.
