Training is in full flow now. Mentally i'm at about 80-90%, need to get a bit more aggression in my workouts. That will come with time and conditioning. Some goals in my major lifts, for the end of August: Squat - 200 Bench - 110-115 Deadlift - 220 Seated Press - 95 Leg Press - 400 (x 5) Weight are, of course, still a way behind what I was lifting before my break but moving up fast now.
