And know what is going on out there. He's lost close to 10lbs now, and the heat is horrible. But his spirit is up, and he's in the best shape of his life! But he is still lacking in the static events. | ||

It sounds like lots of them are really struggling with the food! Terry's been complaining about it on Twitter too. I've lived in China for years. You have to avoid local restaurants at least most of the time unless you know the owner. Some of them will quite literally serve you poisonous food. But there are lots of intrenational hotels in most cities - buffets are £15-20 and I generally eat 3-5 lbs of beef/lamb/salmon each time. I suprised the boys haven't been hitting that up. If the hotels will let them in of course! Terry for the win this year! Can't wait. | ||
