You really can't peak fully more than a handful of times a year, he did a 4 month prep for the Arnold's for example. If he dedicated a full prep after properly recovering from the last one I think he could pull more than 501kg though, so he might just do it anyway. | ||

I thought Hall would. and just because someone has done it doesnt automatically follow that 10 will do it within the decade. That philosophy may have been the case for 400k however, I think 500 - it was a tipping point an apex.
