YeahJon | WSM quiz | 24-03-2013 @ 12:55
Member 4480, 64 posts | Hi everyone, first time poster here. I've been into watching strongman for years but only started proper strength training about a year ago. Still got a long way to go to get anywhere near the standards of the guys on sugden. Anyway, I thought I would put out a challenge with my nerd like interest in WSM and see if anyone fancies having a go at a WSM quiz. Post your answers below and in a couple of days I'll put the real answers up and you can see how you've done. Happy lifting, Jon 1. Of all WSM winners who is reported to have the lowest BMI (body mass index)? 2. What is the name of the WSM strongman who was also a Danish ten pin bowling champion? 3. Since it's inception, what is the only year WSM was not held? 4. Which WSM strongman holds the guinness world record for the heaviest truck pull of 51,840kg for 30.48m? 5. Which famous bodybuilder/actor was a competitor in a WSM final? 6. The American WSM strongman and multi guinness record holder Harold Collins, is also known by what name? 7. What country does WSM strongman Regin Vagadal come from? 8. Prior to being a strongman, which 5 times WSM finalist was a Finnish sprint canoer olympian? 9. Only two WSM athletes have been runner up twice but have never been champion. Name them. 10. Only once has there been a points tie for the title in WSM. What year was it and who were the athletes?
