This was an OK session. Deadlift went up reasonably nicely. Looking forward to going higher next week. The down sets on deadlift were ok, not especially speedy. The SLDLs though, were easier than expected. Got a bit messy after that, as the gym was crowded with refugees from the Arnold Classic taking place at the NEC. (86.4)

This was a grinder of a session. first double@155kg was hard, as were all the following. Maybe I could have made a 5th set, but decided against.They were all to a decent depth though. Paused squats were slightly easier than expected.All in all pleased with the session. My lower back felt slightly off, still, after Mondays deadlifting. (87.2)

This was pretty good after a frustrating day. Never any danger of failing any of the squat sets. Last set could have been a bit stronger. Deads were ok, not quite as dynamic as I hoped. My back was not feeling quite 100% today. Generally happy with this (87.3)

Overall, happy with that. Close grip I could have probably managed more reps on the 1st set so maybe a bit light. Pleased with shoulder press. On chins my left bicep was pulling a bit which is a bit worrying. (87.7)
