But I got all the sets and reps done that I wanted to. Quite pleased with the paused squats, maintained form well, with the help of one of the (few) powerlifters at my gym. (87.1) | ||

Deadlift was my heaviest since November 22nd 2018, that is a bit shocking!. The top double was slow, though my form held well. I am glad this is the last week of the circuit. It was a killer today. Maybe I could have made a 5th set, but decided against.They were all to a decent depth though. Paused squats were slightly easier than expected.All in all pleased with the session. My lower back felt slightly off, still, after Mondays deadlifting. (87.2) | ||

Didn't feel so great coming into it, but it gradually improved, and the AMRAP set means I can put the weight up next week, so positive result.
