mess about session at work

Squats, DL, Spin bike and some Viper log power cleans x10s (only 8-12k logs)

try and get a proper session at Rugby club after work tomorrow

No i dont play rugby just use the gym. they always ask when i will join the team just not my thing - too much chance of getting injured (british champs in March)

thanks mate 170 deads slowly getting back to half decent background strength - i do my comp lifts at the rugby club because they have the solid floor without worrying about dropping it.

just need to get back to lifts worth dropping now LOL


Bodyweight around 83k too ok

Some more good looking sessions there. Nice varied training! I wouldn't be playing rugby either and for the same reason as you. There seems to be so many injuries picked up around the leg area and I don't feel that the risk is worth it personally, as much as I like the sport.
