maybe im just expecting too much with such little training jeff. wrist need a lot of warm up and its a bit better.

yes mate i compete in masters weightlifting same as Wigan qualifyer is at bethnal green on 5th feb for british in March at lillishall national sports centre

Yep I go to Bethnal Green.

Trying to decide whether to do 5 Feb as I would like to but am also quite tired and tempted to take a break!
