Unequipped lifts are all perfect form with no lean as deep as i can go, and often paused as i find it has the best carryover to equipped lifting. They are all max effort but i drop back as soon as the form starts to slip - shifting onto the mid foot, loosing back arch, leaning and so on.

I am currently only using a single ply inzer hardcore squat suit and its quite loose too, i am sure i could get much more from a tighter / multi ply suit. The knee wraps i am using are 2.5m ATP strangulators, i think that they give me about 30kg...

1 x F 190kg touch - not enough weight to touch properly
1 x F 210kg touch - came off line

4 board press (paused on boards)
1 x 1 140kg
1 x 1 155kg
1 x 1 170kg PB
1 x F 190kg - was unstable, i think it'd go fresh / not after shirted bench

finished off with pulldowns and pushdowns.

Nope, just put it on properly this time and upper body has got bigger so its tighter. last 2-3 inches it started to drift loads so when i pressed it came out of line.

Box Squats Suit bottoms and belt. 3-4 second pauses.

Finished off with some light deads, hamstrings and calves.

For hamstrings i do SLDL/RDL's and hamstring curls. calves are just calf raises.

Fridays upper body session:

Bench pinkie on ring, paused
1 x 5 60kg
1 x 5 80kg
1 x 4 100kg
1 x 2 120kg
1 x 1 130kg
1 x 1 132.5kg
5 x 5 100kg

Finished off with some incline dumbbells, lats, rear delts and triceps.

Todays lower session:

Squats
1 x 5 60kg
1 x 3 80kg
1 x 1 100kg
1 x 1 120kg
1 x 1 140kg belt on
1 x 1 160kg
1 x 1 180kg suit bottoms
1 x 1 210kg straps up
2 x 1 240kg wraps on - second single was much better. probably opening at 250kg in the competition.

RDL's
1 x 8 60kg
1 x 5 80kg
5 x 4 100kg

Finished off with some hypers, hamstring curls and calf raises.

Well i got 140 paused a while ago then it all went to s**t. Its comign back nicely now. Bench has allways been quite bad for me...

deadlift was faster and smoother than the 262.5 i got recently, and the lockout felt much stronger.

Seriously in need of a new suit, the straps on mine are doing absolutely nothing they are so loose even at the bottom. only support around the arse really...
