Bar speed felt okay, but overall it didn't feel that easy.

Power cleans:

Easy enough.

Decline sit-ups:

bodyweight x 10/10/10

Some stretching then home.

Not a bad session tonight, but arrived at the gym late and took ages to get what I wanted to do done.

Pause squats:

up to 135 x 1

Hard.

Press:

62.5 x 5/5/5

Not too hard.

Pull ups:

bodyweight x 5/5/5

Some mobility too.

Should have took around 45 minutes but took double that!

A little more difficult because they were straight after squats (couldn't get a bench and didn't want to wait ages).

Seated dumbbell press:

These felt good. Going to try and get more reps next time. Definitely think I can.

Also, workout was a lot faster tonight too.

Okay session tonight. Never missed anything important but stuff felt heavier and slower.

Squats:

137.5 x 5/5/5

Okay. Probably the highlight of the night.

Bench:

80 x 5
85 x 3
70 x 10

Moving away from 3x5 because it doesn't work that well for me. Felt heavy.

Deadlifts:

175 x 5

Felt heavy. Also, one rep slipped out my hand half way up, so I had to re-chalk. Wore my belt.

Tried some pull-ups but felt heavy. Only got 4.

Some mobility stuff then home.

Had nothing left in me. Micro-loading these now by the way.

Average session tonight. Wasn't feeling great and knee not feeling great either so no lower body stuff.

Bench press:

80 x 5
87.5 x 3
70 x 12

Easy enough.

Seated rows:

whole stack 3 x 15

Triceps pull downs:

3 x 10

Tried to do some chins but not feeling it after the seated rows. Should have done them the other way round.

Then home.

Easy enough. Wasn't sure how much I'd do as the ends on the bar themselves weren't rotating properly, making it somewhat awkward.

Seated rows:

whole stack 3 x 10

Used the rope attachment in an effort to make it more challenging without doing so many reps it basically turns into cardio. And it certainly is more difficult with the rope attachment.

Some mobility then home.

Been busy and a bit ill too since last time, so not much tonight.

Squats:

up to 150 x 1

Belted, low bar. Been getting sore knee-caps lately, possibly due to high bar.

Bench press:

80 x 5

Not too bad really.

Deadlifts:

185 x 1

Same as above.

Then home.
