Squats: 140 x 3 Quite hard, but looking back I have not squatted for a while (in fact, not lifted for a while...). Dumbbell bench press: 30s x 7/6/6 Feet on the bench. Quite hard. Power cleans: 80 x 3/3/3/3/3 Quite easy to be honest. Enjoyed these. Then home. | ||

Squats: 120 x 5/5/5 Okay during the sets, but legs tired afterwards - probably from the three sets. Press: 62.5 x 5/5/5 Quite hard. Deadlifts: 170 x 5 Very hard. Probably because my legs were tired. | ||
