Bit of events today.

Farmers:
20kg - 40m
60kg - 40m
100kg - 20m x 5 runs.

Don't think I'd fully recovered from deadlifts on Friday, the pickups were extremely difficult but the grip felt solid and the speed was OK.

Loading:

3 80kg sandbags from around 10m away x 3 runs.

Again, pickup was hard but speed was OK.

Went upstairs and did some grip work, pinching 15kg plates.

No way of knowing what the actual weight was, just estimates on what it felt like.

Tyre Flips:
Couple of singles, mashed my hand, can't grip anymore.

Close Grip Bench:

Felt good for a bit more but we were being kicked out.
