No chance of ever benching 200 Member 6153, 152 posts SQ 200, BP 192.5, DL 200592.5 kgs @ 115kgs UnEq | What a difference a couple of days make, Monday’s bench was tough couldn’t hit 192.5kg with 2 attempts and then today go into the gym and smashed it, fell a little short of the 200kg goal for the year but looking forward to a productive 2018 | ||

Not to bad, deadlift has been very slow probably around 200kg mark at the mo just 3 weeks into coan program, I’ve got my squat 1 rep max attempt sat so hoping for 200kg | ||
