The main reason is my squats and deadlifts are really poor so thought to be more competitive with the others need to build them up, ive only competed at single lift bench, but thought id give full power a go

Any one recommend a good Powerlifting organisation to compete with, Ive competed with the BDFPA but fancy giving someone else a go.

Why don't you try GBPF. Most regions have divisionals in November/December time. Gives you 6 months to prepare.

What a difference a couple of days make, Monday’s bench was tough couldn’t hit 192.5kg with 2 attempts and then today go into the gym and smashed it, fell a little short of the 200kg goal for the year but looking forward to a productive 2018

Not to bad, deadlift has been very slow probably around 200kg mark at the mo just 3 weeks into coan program, I’ve got my squat 1 rep max attempt sat so hoping for 200kg

Squats 135kg supposed to 10 x5, hip was playing me up so stopped at 5 sets

Leg ext 3x30 60 sec rest

Leg press 4x25 60 sec rest

Leg curl 3x15 60 sec rest

Stiff leg deadlifts 3x15 90 sec rest

Need to work on conditioning especially with doing a 16 mile walk with 30kg in a backpack over the Brecon Beacons at the end of March

Yeah it’s not been too bad so far, bench starts going heavy from next week so finally should nail that 200kg in a few weeks
